Brad Grothen, P.E.
Technical Director @The Robbins Company
Brad Grothen, P.E. has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Design and Manufacturing and a minor in Material Science Engineering from Washington State University. Grothen is based in Robbins’ Kent, Washington office and has specialized in custom industrial and construction equipment for over 20 years in a variety of roles, including mechanical and electrical design and project management. In his time at Robbins he has worked as a Sr. Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, and most recently as Director of Engineering. Grothen is now Robbins Technical Director, leading overall product design and working directly with clients to present designs as well as develop concepts.
Missy Isaman, P.E.
Project Engineer @The Robbins Company
Missy Isaman has worked for The Robbins Company since 2010. Isaman earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Gonzaga University in 2002 and in 2010 she also earned her Professional Engineer’s license in Washington State. While at The Robbins Company, she has designed the backup systems for the Singapore Metro, Stillwater Mine (USA), Rossaga HEPP (Norway) and Baku Metro (Azerbaijan) tunnels, among others. Also, she has been the lead project engineer on projects such as the Liaoning T9 (China), Moscow Metro 2 and 4 (Russia) and the Gerede Water Transmission (Turkey) tunnels.
